Honey treatment and bottling
Honey, the valuable food from the bee colony, requires careful handling. Storage, transport and filling set high quality standards for the machines and devices used. Not only that the provisions of the Honey Ordinance are complied with, but also food law and the provisions of the Verification Office and the Packaging Ordinance are taken into account in order to place the honey on the market. Placing on the market means as soon as I give honey to a third, even if I give this gift away. The beekeeper processes the honey before bottling so that it gets creamy in the jars. Stainless steel honey buckets and honey containers are available to stir, liquefy and maintain the quality. Pollen present in honey is used to determine the type of honey.

Honig der nicht behandlet wird kristallisiert nach einer Zeit. Das ist ein Qualitätsmerkmal von Honig. Um aber den Honig in Gläser abfüllen zu können muß er wieder verflüssigt werden. Das kann schonend mit dieser Honig Heizwendel erfolgen. Mit dem Ø25cm kann er auf jeden Honigeimer aufgestellt werden. Gefertigt aus Lebensmitte tauglichem Edelstahl. Die elektrische Leistung beträgt 300W.
