Met alcoholic beverages

Honey wine, made according to old original recipes, called mead, is the drink of the old Teutons and Vikings who enjoyed it from the drinking horn. In the past, displaced by the easier-to-produce beer, the wine made from honey attains a renaissance as a tasty honey wine. The various recipes and additions of fruit juices, herbs and flavors ensure that each approach has a different taste. The use of racing yeast for fermentation enables the yeast to have an alcohol content of up to 18% during production. But also the post-fermentation in the bottle to sparkling wine, known as honey spritz is a tasty drink. The addition of pure high-proof alcohol also ensures tasty spirits such as bear catch. Honey liqueur and red glow mead in 5 liter containers complete the range of honey wines. In apiterotherapy called Apimed, positive effects are described.
