Feeding frame for Stehr DNM, Zander and Dadant Blatt laying boxes
Styrobur hard foam frames are well suited for overwintering colonies. To do this, however, they must be fed with the appropriate winter food. This feeding frame can be used for this purpose. The full-width side access is covered with a Plexiglas plastic angle so that the bees cannot drown in the feed. However, the sloping, ribbed edge of the step allows the bees to reach the food.
