Mating box for 4 queens with Mini-Plus frames
The Quadri-Hive offers space for up to 4 mating units. It is the ideal solution for beekeepers who want to practice practical and efficient queen rearing. Transportation to mating sites is easy and safe with this compact mating unit. Even with a large number of queens, palletizing is easy. The ventilation grids at the bottom ensure sufficient air during transportation. The feeding chambers at the top with side access provide space for a large supply of food. The feed chambers can also be used with liquid feed.
The slides make it possible to give the remaining queens more space after removing one. The 4 units can also be extended upwards. The trays are designed so that they fit into each other and separate the mating units safely from each other.
We recommend attaching a drone barrier grid to the inside of the frame for feeding hives. The hive frames are equipped with queen excluders and two different sized fly extinguishers and can also be completely closed with ventilation grids.
