Frame for beehive in DNM comb size
Frame for the Combi hive system from Stehr. The German standard honeycomb measure (DNM) is the most commonly used honeycomb measure in Germany. It is used in a wide variety of beehives, e.g. in wooden hives, back treatment hives and the Segeberger hard foam polystyrene beehives. The frame offered here has this honeycomb size and can be used in exactly the same way as the Segeberger beehive. In addition, other frames with different comb dimensions are available for this hive. This system can be used for normal beekeeping or for transferring the colonies to a different comb size.

It is recommended that the frame is glued together. This can be done with normal wood glue (sample glue). It is best to coat the outside with a solvent-free paint. The bees cover the inside of the frame with Propolis.
