Segeberger flying board for universal floor German standard size
Flying board for the universal base of the Segeberger hive system from Stehr. The flying board is attached to the bottom with two wooden strips (lamellos). This plug-in system makes it possible to remove the flight boards when hiking and thus to place the hives flush against each other. The flight board can also be removed in winter, making it more difficult for mice to enter. The Stehr hive system is a modular system with a wide range of optional accessories. Bottoms, frames and lids are available in different versions, so it is possible to put together an individual beehive.
